Classic mid century piece of Scandinavian design history, this authentic mid-century hutch/bookcase was crafted in Sweden by Svensk Fur circa 1950s/1960s.
Made entirely from premium solid European pine, it features a gorgeous, rich golden honey patina. The lower cabinet showcases beautiful, architectural fluted door panels characteristic of the iconic Göran Malmvall design era.
Middle shelf in the top hutch can be adjusted and the upper shelving unit removes entirely from the base cabinet for transport.
This unit is solid, heavy, and structurally perfect throughout. It shows minor, superficial surface scratches and knocks consistent with its age, adding vintage character.
Original key comes with the cabinet.
