Sales Policy

At Archer's Ark, all of our items are carefully curated vintage pieces, each with its own unique history and character. While we perform repairs and tasteful restoration where needed, please note that minor imperfections or signs of previous use may remain. We strive to provide clear, detailed descriptions and accurate photos to reflect the true condition of each item—please review these closely before making your purchase.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Pickup Policy

Purchased items can be collected from our Eltham location, 7 days a week. Due to limited space, items must be picked up within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, a storage fee of $10 per day per item will apply until the item is collected.

Delivery Information

We offer delivery Australia-wide. For Melbourne-based customers, delivery costs will be provided at checkout.

We partner with trusted regional VIC and interstate couriers to offer reliable service at competitive rates. Shipping fees for interstate deliveries can be found in the Shipping tab in the main menu.

Please note: as our delivery service relies on third-party couriers, you must be available to accept delivery on the specified date and time.
